We provide full Apostille and Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation services for certificates, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other professional certifications. Our service covers the complete verification process, including notary services, certified (sworn) translations, and communication with relevant authorities. We offer fast, reliable, and professional handling tailored to your needs – for any certificate type, from GMP to conformity attestations.
There are many types of certificates depending on your industry or purpose. The most common include:
The process of Apostille and Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation varies depending on which authority issued the document.
Certificates are issued in Czech or English. Some GMP certificates (for example from SÚKL) are bilingual. If your certificate is only in Czech, you will likely need a certified translation into English or into the official language of the country where it will be used.
For Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation, a certified translation into English or the official language of the destination country is always required. Some countries also require Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation of the translation itself – which we can arrange for you.
An Apostille can be issued on either the original document (if issued by a public authority or notarised) or on a notarised copy. Apostille on an original is issued by the authority that created the document, while Apostille on a copy is verified by the notary who made it. Apostille does not require a translation beforehand. Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation, however, can be performed only on originals or officially certified copies and requires a certified translation.
Certified translations are part of most apostille or superlegalisation cases.
As a translation agency, we naturally provide certified (official) translations into all major world languages as part of our service.
We will take care of certified copies of your documents, or arrange for signature verification with our notary.
We can also convert electronic documents into physical form and obtain official extracts on your behalf — such as criminal record extracts or entries from the Commercial Register.
We will represent you at the authorities to obtain vital records or, for example, a criminal record extract, based on a certified power of attorney. This power of attorney can be arranged either at a Czech POINT office or at a Czech embassy or consulate abroad.
Apostille: No certified translation is needed to obtain an Apostille. However, to use the certificate abroad, you will usually need a sworn translation with official seal into the official language of the destination country. Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation: A certified translation into English or the target country’s official language is always required.
Apostille: No power of attorney is needed. Superlegalisation / Embassy Attestation: Some embassies (e.g. Thailand) require a notarised power of attorney signed by the company’s director listed in the Commercial Register. We can provide a template upon request.
